Re: Which book are your reading now ? (2)

Just finished Unseen Academicals , a novel of Discworld by Terry Pratchett. Amazing as always, I will truly miss Pratchett and Discworld when he is no longer able to write :bawl: Thanks to you Rawhide, the next book on my list is Abaraham Lincon: Vampire Hunter , plus I am going to read the new Pend...

Re: Doctor Who

Amy's Choice
Rory seemed very Mickey in the last one, but redeemed himself a little in this one. The Dream Lord version of the Doctor reminded me of Q from Star Trek: TNG. Amy is an amazing companion, and she looked quite believably pregnant. Really good story, can't wait for next week!

Sorry to hear you were feeling sick, I hope you feel better. Bad way to get time to read, but I really hope you enjoyed the book!

Re: Mass Effect movie

I'll be really interested to see where they go with the movie idea, but I can't say I'm expecting much out of the movie. I'll probably wait until after others see it, and have reviewed it as not total trash. Hollywood doesn't have a good record of making movies based on video games. (see Super Mario...

Location: The Old Brick Store Pub description: Looks like and old world pub inside, kind of tight and cramped, with the # 13 being a factor in design. Re: Doctor Who

The Vampires of Venice Fun episode. I really liked bringing Amy's boyfriend around, I just wish he wasn't another Mickey. Fish from outer space aren't nearly as cool as vampires, but vampires would be kinda boring I suppose. Quick mention of the crack in time, was that how the fish peopl...
