Well ... That's it I've just seen it and ... Oh My Winona !! Image

I was supposed to go see it tomorrow today but had to cancel it which was at that time easy cause I knew I'd see it on Tuesday but now I'm having regrets and would really like to not have to wait Friday to see it again :bounce:

Really the best battle/fantasy scenes I've EVER seen.

So beautiful that you can't help to cry so amazed you are.

The only bad point I'll give is that I've been disappointed by the sfx on one scene which are so badly done after the incredible scenes you've just scene that it has made me get out of the movie which was a very bad experience ... cause .. I didn't want to get out of it !!  :D

Only bad point which is not forbidding me to give a 100/6 to this movie and to all The Lord Of The Ring trilogy. :yeah:

I can't wait to see the long version :bounce:

Go and see it in theatre right now !! You'd really loose something seeing it on TV or on your computer ...

Edit : I've forgotten to speak about the music ... AMAZING ... I think I'm gonna try to get the soundtrack before going to work tomorrow morning ;)

The best of the 3 films.

I don't know if it was the long version I saw but from 15:55 to 3:30 for the 3 films yes it was long though fortunately we had about 1 free hour between each film ;)

Last thing to say : go and see it !

the fight scene with the nazgul was so beautifully choriographed, just like the book it was amazing, plus the one liners between gimli and legolas still did not manage to get tiring..... but should we mention the big spider...... oh yeah so good, so.... lets just say ORGASMIC!!!

I've just seen it again this morning and as incredible as it seems, IT'S FAR BETTER THE SECOND TIME !! :D

I must have been in a not so very good mood to see badly done sfx or maybe this time I've not been astonished as I had been at the first seeing of the battles ...

This movie is really the best movie of the year, the best movie of the 10 last years (to be compared with movies we can compare it with).

Really you MUST see it !!

I had resisted to all merchandising around LOTR and just bought the soundtrack of the 2 last episodes and the long versions in dvd of both The Fellowship Of The Ring and The Two Towers.

I can hardly wait to see next to them The Return Of The King in its extended version :D

Nope, it seems that Saruman won't appear in the extended version too but we have already many things to see in it ;)

I've just seen it this week-end for the third time and for the first time in french... I hope to be able to see it a fourth time during my hollidays :D

Beep ! Beep ! I was wrong.

You'll be happy to learn Skaila (it it's not done already) that we will see a 7 minutes scene with Saruman in the long version of ROTK.

Peter Jackson had decided to take it of the first cinema version as he said it gave the feeling that the Two Towers was ending instead of the ROTK was starting ...

But this scene will be in the long edition for sure.
