Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Deus Ex : Human Revolution is clearly one of the best anticipated sequel by all cyberpunk fans around. I've personally missed the two first games but hopefully for those facing the same problem, Skaila promised they'll be both reviewed on TLF's Gamers Unite! soon! :)

But even if you've not played the previous game, every cyberpunk fun can only be driven mad of crazy expectation watching the following trailer released by Ubisoft for 2010 E3.

Here is the synopsis released as well by Ubisoft:
In Deus Ex : Human Revolution you play Adam Jensen, a security specialist, handpicked to oversee the defense of one of America's most experimental biotechnology firms. But when a black ops team breaks in and kills the scientists you were hired to protect, everything you thought you knew about your job changes. At a time when scientific advancements are routinely turning athletes, soldiers and spies into super-enhanced beings, someone is working very hard to ensure mankind's evolution follows a particular path. You need to discover why - because the decisions you take and the choices you make will be the only things that can determine mankind's future.

And we don't have much more for now. No galleries yet but the official website www.deusex.com has opened a few days ago. Last but not least, we know that the soundtrack for Deus Ex : Human Revolution is signed by Michael McCann aka Behavior (ReGenesis, Splinter Cell: Double Agent).

Of course we'll follow that game till its release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 at a date not yet announced.

*bounces* You called? :P

I have to admit, i'm pretty pumped for this prequel. I remember playing Deus Ex when I was younger and I absolutely lived it. So many ways to approach a solution, so many ways to augment yourself. Not to mention the different endings. I loved it! Still do. one of those games I reply every now and then.

I got Deus Ex 2 and never got far into it. I never really liked it, even though I could play a female Denton for a change. Maybe I should try again >.>

But this one? Damn, look good. Can't wait to get my hands on it :bounce:

Part 2 was quite good, the gaming mechanisms were simplified but not too much, and I really liked the story in the second one. It rivals that of the first game, might even be a tad better.
