According to IMDb it's also Clancy Brown's first movie (I've done some research after having recognized him in the sequence) :)

I stay in the jail house with next sequence from Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers. In this sequence, a riot has started while one of the most dangerous killer imprisoned here is currently the star of a show recorded in the heart of the jail house. This merciless killer is Mickey Knox (played by Woody Harrelson), enjoying his media star status which so easily make people forget who he is.

While they are listening Mickey's joke about little Johnny, the armed guards too easily forget they are to guard a fierce animal trapped in a cage ...

The sound is not very good on the video but I really love the way that the background music is used to reflect Mickey's mind. At first it starts with a kind of circus music till all are relaxed. Then the bass riff from Rage Against The Machine's Bombtrack announces the imminent action. I still remember today the first time I saw that sequence in the movie theater and recognized the track before the action started and suddenly got myself in "alert mode" :D

As the new Heavy Metal is announced with people like David Fincher, James Cameron, Rob Zombie, Jack Black and so on behind it; tonight I choose the B-17 sequence from the original Heavy Metal, a scary WWII sequence which is also a great adaptation of the EC style horror comics of the 50s mainly thanks to the talent of Mike Ploog (a former Marvel Comics "Conan" and "Frankenstein") who did most of the conceptualizations.

As I ended on this sequence on Youtube I just thought about bumping this topic cause THIS sequence I do remember perfectly when I see it for the first time. I've never felt so close to Tarantino :D

And the song, After Dark, from Tito & Tarantula is just perfect in this scene ! :terrorite:

Hey, don't be gawking at the future Mrs. Rawhide!!

She does a dance scene in The Hunchback of Notre Dame that was hotter than a forest fire in a pepper patch.

Nice scene indeed :)

I add today a scene from David Lynch's Lost Highway in which Robert Loggia, as Mr. Eddy, gives a very efficient driving lesson :D

This is a great scene from White Christmas. Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye are running a little interference with the police so that the Haynes sisters can get away.
